Computer Clubs for Girls

Computer Clubs for Girls (CC4G) is a recently-relaunched initiative  (it began in 2005) which aims to introduce girls aged ten to 14 years to IT in new and engaging ways. The scheme is run by e-skills UK and hopes to encourage more young girls to pursue technology careers. It’s not free though and costs £350 to enable “all the students and staff at your school access to the CC4G website, including over 60 hours of innovative online learning activities and more than 150 hours of offline learning resources. We’ll get you set up and send you your starter pack, including posters, stickers and goody bags for students.”
